Trustfire TR-1200 Lumens Cree Q5

This one is my brightest ones yet.  It has the extension tube installed so it takes 3 18650 batteries instead of 2.  This light is rated at 1200 lumens with just 2 18650 batteries, but I can tell you it is almost as bright or maybe even brighter(hard to tell) than my 1600 lumen 6 led light.  That extra battery makes this thing super bright.  Re-edited this since I put fully recharged batteries in the 1600 lumen light.

These 18650 batteries can be recharged up to 1000 times and they will smoke the AA batteries that we have in the US.  These 18650 batteries are 3.7 volts.  A AA in comparison is only 1.5 volts.  So it takes over 2 and 1/2 AA batteries to equal 1 18650 battery.  

Let me show you a picture of the battery compared to a AA battery.  

I can also show you where you can get 10 of these shipped to your door for under $18.  Do the math and these batteries will save you tons of money.  They are lithium-ion batteries and will blow nicad batteries out of the water.

Ok I just screwed the extension tube into my 1600 lumen 6 Q5 led light and added the extra battery and wow is all I will say.  Extremely bright.  I'm pretty sure it is even brighter yet.  I'm going to have to order another extension tube.  I'll bet it is now pushing 1800 lumens.

How long do batteries last or are they rechargeable?

I think on the high mode these lights will burn probably 1.5 to 2hrs on a fresh set of batteries.  But that's a lot of juice.
