Hello!
Just wanted to stop by and say hello my name is Mike. I was born and raised in Colorado and still live here. Currently I have never hunted a turkey in the spring time. I have hunted a few in the fall in Nebraska and been successful. So far I have enjoyed reading on this board and am learning a lot! I didn't know anything about patterning shotguns until I read it here going to be doing that soon this spring! Also starting to read on what kind of calls I will need for this coming season. I have applied for the draw here in CO but if unsuccessful I will be chasing OTC birds which I have heard is very difficult but I am up for a challenge. Grew up hunting deer and elk here so being in the mountains is nothing new to me but I have only ever seen a few turkeys. This place seems nice and looking forward to being able to contribute in the future once I learn a few things!
