Shotkam settings advice

y'all that run shotkams what settings do you use while turkey hunting. I got mine set right now when I press the button it records constantly until you shut it off. My idea is when you think ones getting close turn it on and let it run for a while. Have heard about mishaps with the bumping to turn the camera on and it doesn't record the hunt. Thoughts?
