I haven't put them on in a while, but they're pretty standard I was 6' 200lbs last time I wore them and they were fine. I'd say if you're 175-230 if the length works for you they'd be fine. 33 or so standard on the length. Again I haven't put them on in a while. They have adjustable shoulders and buttons on the hips so they're pretty versitale in size from what I can tell. I'm also not a bib guy and didn't wear these but 1 or 2 times 3/4 years ago
