In the last week I've received e mail reminders from two separate states about their upcoming quota draws.  Quota draws are the coming thing for all non-residents most everywhere.  Not a big deal for me personally.  Much prefer that to the $500 plus license fees and overcrowded public land in states that still allow their residents to take three birds.  Probably end up with both.  Just an IMO but YouTubers are here to stay.  Live with it or take up golf (or pickleball lol).
