How far back do they go, I never seen one of them for sale!

Cool, vintage stuff !!!

Little known fact....... You can also soak those in Uncle Tom's Turkey Scent and they double as a drag.  Tie a soaked one on about 6 feet of string attached to your belt loop when you're runnin' & gunnin'.  Just keep your eyes and ears trained behind you

I knew an old guy that used that pump yelper and killed several gobblers with it .

Back in the early 80's, I used my hat to imitate wings beating during a fly-down. Once I saw that this worked, I improvised a "Flapper" using an old piece of camo material, had my wife stiched edges and pockets for wooden dowels as handles. I've since removed the dowels, but I still to this day use this in the right situations to mimic wing beating. I also use this on wet days to set my calls on to keep them off the damp ground. It definitely has fooled some Old Tom's. It's always in my vest......

It's hard to find this vintage turkey stuff, that is as old as us grumpy old men ... :TooFunny:  Nice fine on the flappers and some good advice on how to use them.

I just use a wing off a turkey I killed. I have a bunch of them laying around. Trim some of the feathers down so it fits in the back of my vest and then spray paint them olive green. Just in case some jackwagon would be tempted to shoot at them.
