I got this from Charlie who bought it from Dick at a show.
Butternut boat and Cedar paddle.
Dick re-tuned it and hand wrote a Certificate of Authenticity for the call.
The paddle has hand drawn original Kirby artwork, an inlay Indian Head penny. The "Especially for Charlie" is done in a different pen, likely at the show itself.
The sidewalls have the Neil Cost signature stamp on one side and the Neil Cost Gobbler stamp on the other side.
The sale is for the call and accompanying certificate. I'll keep the deer hide.
