Kicks GT .560 or .570?

Anyone had experience with the Kicks GT .560 or .570 in a 20GA? Looking at picking one up for my 301. Curious of the pattern differences between the constrictions. If so what ammo did it pair well with?

I tested both chokes in my h&r topper 20 ga after having it threaded for invector last year. Using 1.5 oz #9 tss handloads the kicks 560 did 292 in the 10", the .570 did 248 in the 10". I hunted the .560.

Not apples to apples but in my sons 870 I shot several different chokes to achieve what I wanted his gun to do, the Kicks .570 shot a good even pattern with my hand loads but we both run optics and the Kicks .560 was the choke he chose, consistent 330 in the 10" we were looking for with the majority of the shot in a 15" circle, it just depends on what kind of pattern you are looking for, the .570 was more of a 265-275 pattern in the 10" with 1 5/8 9's.
