I just want to give a shout out to Drew at Grounded. I am not going to go into any details but I wanted to post about Drew's customer service. I have talked to him several times over the last couple of weeks. He is a super nice guy and we talked at length about his products all the way to turkeys. Each time I called he either answered immediately or I received a return call. He makes a great product and he stands behind each one. He is a man that stands behind his products 100 percent and he is very attentive to any suggestions that you give him and is striving to improve his already great product. I have supported him in the past and will going forward as long as he is in business. If you are on the fence about purchasing something from him then do not hesitate. He will make sure you are 100 percent satisfied.
I made this post mainly because customer service has really suffered and fell to the wayside these days. It is refreshing to call a company and the owner answers or returns all phone calls. I see so many threads when customer service is bad and people want to vent and I don't blame them for that. It's not a whole lot of praise for very many companies these days and rightfully so. I felt like I wanted to give a little positive feedback for small business in a sea full of large companies.
I own a grounded impact vest and it was money well spent. I would purchase again if I needed another vest. Sorry for the long post. I am not a fan boy , just another satisfied customer of a company that goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
