A friend has a Winchester 1300 NWTF in excellent  condition. What would be a good price for this gun that is fair for both of us.

Agreed here. If it's the Laminate stock with the NWTF engraving, this range is right there. Some of the mint ones, (gray laminate) have gone for near $700.
