Be cautious of scammers

Just banned another zero post classified type scammer ...the "modus operandi " is to register to forums and send personal messages informing you they have a desirable item and then re-direct you to a email or PayPal account

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO A LOW POST MEMBER,

the reason they do this is because, people are trusting by nature and don't realize the "good ol boy " on the other end is some  scammer who does this for a living

Y'all pay attention here. I had one of these scammers try to get me last night. User "dasbota" with "0" post. He referenced BayouTurkey29 as having a pot call I was looking for. The following email was provided Money scammer

Maybe a minimum number of post before your allowed to sell,say 50 might help keep the scamming problem down,just a suggestion.

This site is VERY Proactive in limiting scammers.  As Greg said, there is a 50 post base in order to sell ANYTHING here.  It is IMPERATIVE that each of us using this site follow the Classified Rules, PERIOD!  Report ALL individuals that don't read and or follow the Classified Rules to the moderators for action.  Do Not purchase from Low Posters!  Each of us, must do our part to make sure this site remains Safe and Family Friendly.  Great Site, let's Do Our Part.

This eliminates the "hit & run" scams......resist these buying offers regardless of the attractive prices. If it appears to be too good a deal to be true, it isn't......
