this recipe is simple:
2 turkey thighs
1/2 cup red wine vinegar or cooking wine
1 cup water
cut up garlic and onion moderate amount
Combine ingredients in gallon zip lock bag and refrigerate overnight
put ingredients in slow cooker with chicken broth to cover meat low setting 8 hours
remove and debone and set aside
cut red and yellow peppers and saute
add a hint of ginger
warm wraps and combine ingredients add sour cream and salsa
makes 4 serve and enjoy
