Not a $250 sound difference I can guarantee you that. I mean really how much better a crystal sound can you get than the Mistress or Sister? There's a lot of nonsense, in general, in rating calls, especially pot calls. After a certain point there's really no such thing as best sound, just different, and what sounds good to you.
