Mossberg SA-410 issues

The issue I have is that for some reason is doesn't sometimes want to pull the shell out of the barrel when unloading kinda like it's in to far to be pulled out by the extractor it doesn't do it with light loads only with apex and even the federal tss for some reason only way to get the shell out is by bumping it with a cleaning rod, it's only had around 20 rounds ran through it I purchased this gun brand new .

I haven't had a single problems with my SA-410 mine has been flawless

It would be my luck to get one that was possibly made on a Monday or Friday it doesn't do it all the time but it's enough to be in the back of my mind

My SA-20 has handled Federal, Apex, and Remington shells just fine. Even 2 3/4" shells.
