Probably just blowing off steam, but out of an abundance of caution, I am not going in on someone parked there first, cause it might be him and he might be serious.

Unfortunately, that's exactly what he wanted. Sure he is full of hot ai, but if there are some instances of vehicle fires in that area, it would be nice to see if the cops are interested.
