Just lost our hunting lease after 10+ years-huge disappointment. Farmer became elderly and the kids took over and did not want to handle the details of maintaining when we are all out of state. As to our hunting process-we took this property from being overhunted to producing 140s on the regular and minimized the yote population to make it a turkey hunting paradise.
Regardless-on to new and better options. Wondering if anyone has a line on hunting property for 5 dudes on the lookout for a deer/turkey lease. Willing to pay for the right property but seeking a trustful relationship with the owner for exclusive hunting rights. We have all stands-cams-feeders-etc... and are willing to put in work. Again, for the right piece of property. Prefer property in the midwest or eastern portion of the US.
