34 degrees and very windy.  Really cold for this time of year.  No gobbler today but I did call in a BIG Fisher at about 7 am.  My calling must have sounded good as he ran right in after a couple series of calls. He saw me at 15 yards and just about jumped out of his skin.  Must have thought he was going to get a good breakfast!

It was a beautiful morning though my 11 year old was chilled.  As Clark Griswold would say...it's all part of the experience. 

Birds were not gobbling on their own however my 11 year old scored on his first bird which turned out to be a double bearded jake!
