I have been wanting to get one to compare it to my Benelli especially since it has a 2 inch shorter barrel

I believe they are going to give the M2 a run for it's money and I just found out probably the best part about the 20 gauge...they use Benelli Crio Plus choke threads. Now the 12s use the Masai mara marapro threads which a few choke manufacturers make aftermarket tubes for, but as we all know the Crio plus choke threaded chokes are made by all the big manufacturers.

What are these/ priced higher than Franchi, some Beretta, browning and many others. So just direct competition for Benelli?

Pretty much competition in the inertia gun world. They have some features Benelli doesn't, such as the removable trigger group and a back bored barrel. And in the beginning, of course, before this dreadful virus came along they were a little over half price of the SBE 2 & 3 line. But, as with everything, once folks find out about them and what a great gun they are getting for an even greater price, the mfg is naturally gonna jack the price up, and as stated, this virus don't help matters any.

I talked with a nice fella at the headquarters on the phone last month and what's keeping me from wanting one is he told me at this time no extra barrels are available.  Can't justify that kind of money and not be able to buy other barrels.
