I honestly believe you will see the laws changed soon in some of the northern states about posted and private property, and it will be due to the number of hunters who start flooding the area after seeing all the videos, reading these forums, and the loose lips sinking ships theory.
Unfortunately I can see the change coming as well. Us southern turkey hunters are notorious for pushing the limits out of state and I've already heard stories of some doing it up that way. And you are correct in your latest post, the distance isn't stopping people from heading up there. With all the spotlight being put on the region, the non-resident pressure will just keep on increasing. But that is just the way things are today in the turkey world. We are already seeing reduced opportunity in some states, and there is more to come. With this, folks are going to start traveling even more than they already are. The future is definitely going to get interesting! But we gotta do anything to get more turkey hunters, right?
