Has anyone tried these out?

My hearing is not bad as it stands but wouldn't mind something that helps me hear better while turkey hunting and also dampens the sound of a shotgun to help protect the hearing that I have.  The reviews on their website are good just having a hard time justifying the price.

No I haven't I remember they used to have somewhat the same thing older technology. I think they were called Walkers Game ear. I don't mess with them due to wearing hearing aides in both ears. Not taking the chance on anything of I can help it. I actually wear ear plugs around my neck and if possible I try to throw them in before I shoot. Try r to throw these in if possible can't always do it though.

I use the ones from Caldwell, they dual microphones in each one supposedly. My hearing sucks, I was in a field artillery unit in the Army, but these do help some but pick up a lot of wind noise.

Ha ha, I was a FISTER for 7 years then the last 16 I switched over and was SF with 5th Group so I feel you. Were you a 13B?

I actually got these as a Christmas gift this year but have not been impressed.  When the microphones are turned on the sound is a little off (fake/synthetic not sure of the right adjective).  Also I had them in one morning standing around with some friends waiting to shoot doves.  My friends mentioned hearing shots from duck hunters down the way, I never heard the first shot.  I think these would be good for the gun range but for hunting, especially turkey hunting I think there would be sounds that I wouldn't hear with them in that I would normally hear if I had nothing in my ears.

I feel you so was I, 13F are the ones that do the call for fire on the targets. I have hearing aides for both ears.

I would but then I would have to keep up with them, I lose enough less expensive stuff. Just saying....
