I'd start with deciding what ammo you want to shoot. Are you wanting to shoot TSS #9s or Long Beard #5s or #6s or heavy shot, whatever? All will kill a turkey stone cold dead so make that decision first. Then decide on a choke company you like (Sumtoy, Indian Creek, Rob Roberts, Comp N Choke, Kicks, whoever) and contact them telling them the gun, barrel length, and what ammo you plan to shoot and let them tell you what constriction of theirs they suggest. I tend to trust the folks making the chokes and that's always boded well for me. Personally I like running TSS in a 20ga. Likewise I've loved every choke I've ever run from Sumtoy so I'd contact them and see what they suggested then try that. Someone also just listed an Indian Creek .575 choke for that gun earlier today. If the price is right I'd probably check that out.
