Anybody tried Jeff's NEW Bullfrog striker yet???  Since I'm a pot call guy and I've been hearing all the Great reviews and recommendations about Jeff's strikers, I called him Saturday and put in an order for a Frogwood (I love laminated birch for a striker), a weighted cedar and his NEW Bullfrog striker.  The Bullfrog is a thicker, weighted version of his frogwood, hence the name.  His facebook page has a description.  He sent out a few for feedback (which I understand were a success) so he has them for sale now.  Can't wait to run them ALL and give you my opinion.

I haven't tried one, but I've got an order in. I imagine it'll be as stellar as the others.

i does not suck.  no it really is a good striker  i used a heavy frogwood this past season and it worked great

I did a review on FB live and shared to the JLH page.

Great strikers! I don't own a bullfrog but that heavy cedar is a very unique striker for soft stuff

The cedar has a date with my #1 grey slate.  I'm looking forward to hearing the soft clucks, purrs and tree yelps these two will make together.

You will love that striker, rosewood also.

Added the Bullfrog this week, simply exceeding all expectations - and because of previous reviews of the Bullfrog, my expectations were really high. That, and my heavy cedar from Jeff, will ALWAYS be in the vest.

Wow. Nothing these two won't do, soft and subtle to loud and raucous.

Two very, very awesome strikers which should be in everyone's vest. I highly recommend JLH.
A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409
Over time...they come to learn how little air a good yelper actually requires. ChesterCopperpot

I'm amazed by the way this thing plays everything. Makes every pot I own sound good, but it's an absolute monster on the ceramics.

I will have to have his make me one, the fact that it is a thicker striker would be a benefit to me since he always makes mine thicker for me anyway.
