New trumpet

Got a new trumpet from a member on here, gergg. It's a beauty! Fine craftsman, and got it to me quicker than I would have expected. The only problem is that it sounds terrible. Ha! Hopefully I can change that as I learn the ways of the trumpet!

Trumpets are another item you can learn to play and add to your bag of tricking that gobbler into the gun barrel.

You have to spend lots and lots of time with a trumpet but if you stay with it and become proficient , it is a awesome tool. You will kill alot of birds that you wouldnt with other calls that are used more frequently.

It takes A lot of practice as has been said. And will definitely cause strain on the marriage. Gregg makes as good as trumpet as you can get in my opinion. So just keep practicing you have a good one .

I am still learning myself, got a boost to my ego a few weeks ago when I called 4 toms on one of my trumpets, to bad it was not the season yet. gergg is a nice guy and his calls sound very nice, just not when I play them. lol
