20-Ga. Semi-Auto Lefty Advice

I'm wanting a 20-ga. semi-auto as a turkey hunting/all purpose gun.
My dilemma is this. I need one I can switch the safety to left handed operation.
Does anyone know definitively if you can do this with:
Stoeger 3020
Mossberg SA-20
Franchi Affinity
Any other models I should look at?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Don't know about those but my win sx3 was easy to switch.

I have only switched out the benelli M2 from RH safe to LH safe.  removed the trigger group and carefully removed the pin holding in the spring and pin that engages the safety button.  The spring can take off if you do not hold a finger over same.  Not a big job just one to be very cautions with.
