South Florida wma

South Florida wma are closed for all hunting and fishing and other  activities. Called yesterday and was told that all the gates will be  locked .

Is this all south Florida WMA or just those that are operated by Water Management districts?

Looks like it's more than just water district controlled areas for the South.

Was hoping to get lucky and get one more weekend trip before shutdown but no dice.

Next year should be a great turkey season. Dry nesting season (drought really) and less hunting pressure for sure. Plus more late season hens should get knocked up without disruptions.

Let's keep it positive. After this I have hurricane season to look forward too and ain't been that great of a 2020 so far.
