This is Winchester XR 12 ga. 3in  1200 ft. 1-3/4oz.  5 shot.
30 yards.

I had retina reattached back in Nov.  just got released to hunt in March.

I put a Tru glo 4x on my gun   and made the adjustment needed...

That's a load of recoil for a guy with a history of a detached retina. Do what you want to of course, but if it was me, I would be looking at a gas operated 20 and some TSS. You could cut recoil and the chance for further injury substantially and still have better patterns.

I'd be looking at a gas recoil gun myself! MUCH softer shooting.
