Dale Palmer series maple owl hooter

Hello all. I recently came across a Dale Palmer series owl hooter from Clear Creek Calls. Appears to be a #029 of an edition size thats not indicated on the call. Anyone have any information about this call. I think Dale Palmer was very successful in owl hooting competitions in the 1980's and perhaps worked for/with H.S. Strut in developing owl hooters. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
