TSS in VA

I had a friend from VA tell me that one of the new bills being shoved through their state legislature would ban TSS and Ballistic tip ammo.  Have any of you seen or heard this?

VA is moving right up the list of states that need to fall into the ocean like Kalifornistan. Unbelievable what is going on up there right now. Don't you know Thomas Jefferson is doing back flips in his grave right now to see this going on in the commonwealth
