Southern California Outfitters

I'll be in the Huntington Beach area the last week of April for a convention. I would like to find a reputable outfitter and squeeze in a hunt over the weekend. I'd like one within driving distance but would also be willing to fly into another part of the state a few days early. I would prefer to hunt merriams. Any of you guys have some recommendations?

Can not help with the southern part of California as I am in the far northern part. There was a rumor  about 20 years ago the DFG was planting Merriams. but not sure if they ever took hold. The reason stated at the time was most of the turkeys were on private land and the merriams were thought to stay in the timber which was National Forrest. A supervisor in my office had a fan that had pure white tips that her husband killed so the rumors were probably true.
