New Mexico Public Info

Hey guys, first time posting... I have been turkey hunting my entire life ... mostly where I grew up in NW Nebraska. I am in Dallas now and wanting to try this Spring in New Mexico...probably Carson National Forrest. I am looking for any insight on good units to try and towns to stay by..... really any information is appreciated.

If anyone is interested, I have knowledge and know some ranchers in/around Chadron Nebraska I could swap!
