Nitro hulls sticking in chamber

Now one thing we have found is that a Fiocchi hull will swell up and this is with just plain old bird shot.

I've seen this in my BPS.  Never in my 870.

 Never had one stick but have heard about a couple. But also heard about that from other brands as well.

it has done it once in my 1187.

Hard to imagine a company that sells to the public that doesn't pressure test their product (maybe they do). It is one thing to load them for yourself, but selling over pressure shells to the public? Talk about some liability issues.

I have some 20ga shells that a co worker gave me,so far out of 4 shots no problems
I bought 10 3.5"12ga shells 2 or 3 years ago
4 had to be knocked out of my 835 with a steel rod
5 had the same thing happen in my brother's 870 SM
I threw the last one in the strong river
NEVER  will buy that high priced junk again

My buddy had some stick in his gun and had to fire them to get them out.  He's no novice but couldn't pull, rack or any other method get those out.  Wasted three in the OK dirt.  I've experienced it too, but not that bad.
