Been trying to figure out how to post YouTube videos on a couple sites.   Trying here now.   How do you get the thumbnail instead of the link?

I have never been able to get a thumbnail myself. I have only see it in some very old posts. I have seen some from Vello here, one for The Disease and one with Snodgrass showing how to play a long box
