You guys that are having problems loading the gun, what kind of problem are you having ?

I've ran into issues with my m2 loading and I'm curious if we have the same problems.

As for the problem with the gun not shooting all of the listed suggestions are great!!! I've seen to much oil cause the gun not to fire.

I cant get a shell to push into it almost like the tube is blocked. I havent had time to disassemble it. It may just be insanely stiff, but this is the first non Beretta semi auto I have owned. I usually shoot Beretta 390s.

That is what I have ran into as well..I never had issues this year.

But what I did notice while the problem was going on is..If I open the bolt and loaded one in the chamber then the shells would slid right into the tube.

I could always push the shell to where the plastic meets the brass on the haul and actually pushed it so hard a few times that it would get stuck and I'd have to have something to pry it back out.

I never contacted Benelli about the issues,I started a thread on another forum it's been at least a year or two but never found the cause or solution to it.

If anyone does please keep us posted

My Benelli does that if the bolt isn't completely closed. Shells won't load.
If you slam the bolt closed, shells load fairly easy.
You don't need to slam it from a completely open bolt. Just need about 2" of travel and let it go.
If the problem is what I've experienced, that should solve it.

I had an affinity and it had no firing issues but I agree loading it was a pain !

WOW you are the man!!!!! I just ran a test on mine with the bolt not being all the way into bay..And it would load the shell...Pulled the bolt back and let it slam shut the shell went right in the magazine tube!!...amazing!!!

The mechanics inside are designed in a way that the carrier is linked to the movement of the bolt. If the bolt isn't in the completely closed position, the carrier is out of alignment also. I found that out when shells wouldn't load. I moved the bolt and slammed it just a little. Shells went right in.
I hear people talking about the Benelli click. It's all related. All those parts in the trigger group work off of each other. If you're careless in closing the bolt, everything gets messed up.
Like I said, you don't need to slam it from an open bolt, but you DO need to let it travel enough to lock up the bolt. Usually an 1 1/2" to 2" will do it. If you look closely, you can see if the bolt is locked up or not...
