Problem editing post title? How to contact a Admin?

Hi, everytime I try to delete or edit a title on a classified thread I get this message popping up saying I can not move my own thread.  I am computer savvy and have tried many times.  I can edit the thread itself but not the title.  I want to be able to mark items as SOLD.  Picture is screen shot of when I try to edit it.  Thanks

Only does that on tapatalk.  Use a browser and can change it with no issues
