Help with turkeys

2nd year rookie. Here is the story, what is the best way to try to harvest a gobbler.
In Mn we recently had a snow storm, birds were all together and now split up again.
There is a few Tom's with 2 or 3 hens on private land that we can hunt. What is the best way to get that Tom in range?
Ground blind, using a Jake with laydown hen after 9am, right away at day light?
Just use a Jake decoy or 2 hen decoys?
Any ideas how to fool this gobbler, yes he does cross the tree line and has seen other Turkey decoys and calls,also that guy could. It get him to leave his hens.
Please help with advice and thank you all for your time.

I can't help with decoys. I suggest learning to hide then learning to call appropriately.  That has been killing them for years.

Are you hunting an open field? Do you know where your birds like to enter the field? Are they roosting nearby or they are entering at that 9am timeframe?

To give you a better answer on your decoy set, info would help.

We do know where they are roosting.
They do not leave the same way everyday. Yes it would be in an open field with a few pounds and trees on the edges of the field,which they avoid well. We do have an estimated area where they enter and exit the field

Have you attempted to listen in the evenings or mornings to pinpoint their general roost area?

So are you able to set a blind near morning entry route, you would want sun at back of blind, make sure that blind is "blacked out behind you. I set blind as a diamond and decoys at point of diamond 15yards from blind.

Decoy wise your Jake is set closest and strong side, and if upright hen she is set about 10 ft. past jake and then feeding hen can be set other side of jake and a bit farther away, not out.
