identification Help

 I was curious if any one knows who made this call it was given to me as a gift about six or seven years ago. It says - Ross  #193  S - The guy that gave it to me got it at a NWTF banquet. could be up to 20 years old. Any info will be appreciated. slate/slate

very nice never saw that many holes in a pot call

 I was always under the impression more or bigger holes made the call louder but this one is really mellow it perfect when a bird is close.
