Carlsons Choke for Weatherby SA459

Looking to purchase the Carlsons Extended Choke in .575 for a Weatherby SA459.  Do I need to get the TSS extended specific choke (model 38008) or the regular extended choke ( model 10300) in .575?  Going to shoot Federal TSS #9's.

I just recently purchased one, although have not tried it yet.

On the choke itself, it list Bismuth, Lead, Copper or Hevi-Shot  But on the plastic box the choke came in has an orange sticker that reads For Hevi-Shot, Lead or TSS.

The UPC Code on the box ends in 10300, as that is what I ordered.
