Tough start for WV season

This has to be one of the worst opening weeks i've had in a long time here in wv.There has been a strong wind blowing almost all week and then throw in heavy rain on and off mostly in the mornings.I've only worked one bird and when he got close enough i saw that his beard was completely missing so he got a free pass.Hope the weather straightens out soon but theres still 3 weeks to go so i'm not too worried yet.

Keep after em. The weather has to improve. It really can't get much worse.

Tough for us in Morgan County in Eastern Panhandle too. One of our guys, though, got a nice longbeard with his bow on Tuesday.
