Decoy tail mounting

I've got a tail fan that I'm looking to use for my decoys.  I currently have the Pretty Boy full strut, and I'm looking for opinions on the best method to dry and mount it to the decoy.  Any advice?

if your not in a hurry just fan it out on cardboard with some salt. If you are in a hurry cut the feathers apart and cuy off all the meat then glue them together
