A man is guilty of murder and is being sentenced to death. He is told that he can decide how he dies. In his final words, if he tells a truth he will be shot, if he tells a lie he will be hung. What does he say to stay alive? (He has to say something. Saying nothing is not the answer.)

If he says your going to hang him and so if they shoot him what he said is a lie but if they hang him he would be telling the truth both which contradict the rules therefore he is telling neither a truth nor lie.
