Custom striker - Acacia

Acacia is the iconic African tree...I saw this board at the exotic wood store and thought it may make a cool looking striker.....I was surprised to find out it sounds pretty darn good too!

Specific gravity - 0.55
Janka hardness - 1750

It's a little lighter than locust, but a little harder.....almost like a lighter version of hickory.
I only have a few of these blanks left.

Real nice on slate, aluminum and titanium....its not fantastic on glass to me.
