contact number for SS custom calls?

i wanted to order 1 - 2 calls from SS Custom calls, but i cannot get in toucht with them. hoping someone here can help me out. their web site only has a fill-in  email contact for from them. have tried for over a week and nothing from them. wondered if anyone had a phonenumber i could try.
