What choke? Mossberg 930 with federal 3" #9 tss

What choke should give me the best pattern with #9 tss.

In my experience, choke selection for T-9's depends on the total weight of the shot. If squeezing 2 or more ounces through an 835 barrel, most would prefer a more open constriction (e.g., .690-.720). For less than 2 ounces, something in the .676-ish range seems preferable.
