I'm going to be buying another gun for turkey hunting but can't decide which one to get. I've narrowed it down between a Beretta a300, Remington 1187 or a Mossberg 930 which one should I get? I've heard a lot of great things about the Beretta and people say the Mossberg shoots great. I want another semi auto to hunt with but I'm on a budget right now and don't want to spend a pile on one. Just tell me some things on these three good or bad and if they shoot good with the right turkey choke and ammo. Thanks.

I'd personally go A300 out of those. It was my top pick for a 3" gun, but I decided to go to 3.5".  The 24" Turkey model is what I'd buy.

Of those 3, absolutely Beretta.

Of those three, the Beretta all day. That may be the best 3" semi gun for the money on the market right now.

If you're considering the Mossberg 930, I would highly recommend jumping up to 935 so you have 3 1/2" capabilities ("ya know, just so you have it"). I don't know of a better gun in 3.5". Find one that is old, used, but in good shape. You'll maybe pay a good bit for it, but you won't regret it. Same could be said for an 1187.

I have the a300 turkey model. Beretta make a good gun. Only issue I have had is that some 3 inch shells with rolled tops (longbeard XR) had trouble feeding. But I have used federal 3 in TSS shells with rolled tops that feed fine. Other than that I love mine. I have a 391 as well

Beretta is making an A350 turkey model that is drilled and tapped and includes a rail...may be my next purchase.
