Osceola Outfitter

Looking for recommendations for an Osceola outfitter. This is probably a 1 time thing for me and 2 or 3 others. Pretty specific on what I'm looking for.

What I'm loooking for:
Cattle ranch, swamp land, plamettos. (I don't care to sit in an orange grove)
Lodging not required
Guided not required, but prefer to be picked up and dropped off OR shown properties and turned loose. If the hunt is guided, that's not an issue.
Meals not required

I'm looking for good hunting to kill an Osceola. That is the focus of the trip. The hunting experience.

Cypress Roost Outfitters down in Immokalee, FL. Big ranch on the north border of the Everglades with lots of turkeys. Plus its about as true of an Osceola as you will get.
