trade sights for choke or sell outright

I have a Cabela's fiber optic fully adjustable shotgun sight that I'd swap for a REMINGTON 20ga choke in the .565 range non-ported. Considering I can't buy the F-HW #7's anymore I'm working on the LB #6's. I have a .572 and a .560 that throw great numbers but from what I've read/heard something in between those two should give me a better pattern.
