Benelli M2 20 gauge with 12ga steady grip?

Has anyone tried to mount a M2 12 gauge steady grip to a M2 20 gauge

Yes,it works and fits...But you will have over hang on the stock..20 gauge receiver is not as wide as the 12 steady grip 12 stock.

Not that I'm aware of..I believe another fellar on here actually made the steady grip stock close to flush with the receiver.I will look for that thread tonight

i put one on my M2 20 gauge it worked great. there is a little overhang but u really don't notice it.

My bolt won't go far enough thru the little washer looking thing to allow the stock to even get to the receiver. Anybody else have this issue?

You need this. I bet your screw has the bulge. There were 2 types of retaining nuts. You need this

Yes you need the one in the link. I had the same problem when I got my steady grip. Midway doesn't haven't it in stock but Midwest does

Do you all know if the Mesa Tactical Urbino pistol grip stock will fit the same as the steady grip on he M2 20ga?
