Hunting wma’s

I did not apply in time this year but will next year. To the best of my knowledge you fill out the request and choose your top three areas to hunt and all names go into a drawing. No charge to apply but if chosen or if you plan to hunt during the open periods you must buy a management tag

You have to buy a WMA license to apply, at least nonresidents do. Only 10% of quota tags go to non-residents. I've been trying to draw for 3 years with no luck.
