870 21" IC 665 Fed TSS 9 3"

Avg of 250 in 10" at 40 yds.  For comparison, I get an avg of 157 at 40 with LBXR #5 3" in same setup. Tried both loads at 60yds and the both gave identical 57 avg in 10".   Neither seem as good as what others show here and I expected better.   The barrel has been polished and deep cleaned and have a 2x8×32 Nikon Monarch scope shooting from lead sled.  Tried a 660 choke from my friend and it was even worse. Is this good for what I have or do I need even less constriction?  Seems like the new flex flight control still doesn't play well in mine gun.  2x the pellets in the shell but the % in 10" is better for the cheap ammo.  Any suggestions?

Counted out to the 20" ring and got 577 total.  There are some gaps in that space, but that shell has about 630 pellets so that is not a bad % at 40 yds I guess
