Cleaning up box calls

Is there a particular sander attachment yall might use? The main thing I'm trying to accomplish is cleaning up the bottom part and get rid of those little holes from the forstner bit. Haven't though of a good way to do this. What would yall recommend?

It helps alot to grind the tip of the forstner bit off. Then take a 1/2 inch chisel and stand it up almost a 90 degree angle and scrape the lines right out.

Thanks, Jeff. Do you know folks that will use a router to do this? I hadn't really thought about doing that.

I know of one fella that uses a router and it does work well if you can get everything setup just right. I tried it my self with not much luck, to impatience I guess
